"How do I enter multiple stops?"
Answer: By using the ‘P’ & ‘D’ icons to the right of ‘Stop 1 of 1”, above the Shipper/Consignee of the load screen; click ‘P’ for additional Picks and ‘D’ for additional Drops allows the user to insert information specific to each additional stop. NOTE: manual re-sequencing of the stop locations is required in order to report accurate miles fuel driver pay & fuel taxing.
"When does the data transfer with my accounting package take place?"
Answer: Whenever the user deems necessary! There is no specific time of day, nor is there a limit to the number of times data can be transferred to your respective accounting package; this process is not automated, but instead facilitated by the user via the QuickBooks or Peachtree Connector – downloaded & installed during the setup/training process.
"Why isn't my driver being paid on all the loads he's been dispatched on in his driver settlement?"
Answer: There are a variety of reasons this could happen, but the two most common are: he isn’t properly setup in his Driver Management file in the ‘Driver Payment Methods’ section for a certain line item or mileage, or, an exact term (‘Type’ dropdown list) match isn’t made (i.e., ‘Flat Rate’ vs. ‘Line Haul Flat’) – both serve the same purpose, but consistency must be executed in order for the software to automatically generate eligibility for payment.
